Dimensions, boiler-room accessibility and dismountable version
The G Series range requires very little space; 1,000 kW can be installed on 3m2 floor space. For boiler rooms with difficult access Ygnis offer dismounted versions of both the Optimagas and Condensagas boilers. Reassembly by Ygnis or authorised Ygnis representative. Ygnis personnel is obligatory and a condition for validity of the warranty (contractor staff must transport the boiler components to the boiler room).
Environmental protection
Matching boiler power to the needs of the installation leads to a drop in energy consumption, and thus reduces pollution.
The total-premix burner design gives optimal combustion conditions minimize NOx and CO emissions. NOx <55mg/kWh (Class 5, the best rating in the EN 656 standard) and CO <5ppm.
The burner is equipped with new-generation refractory stainless steel low-NOx nozzle units
protected by Fecralloy®, a metal alloy developed thanks to nuclear industry know-how.
Thanks to modulation, stop-start cycles are significantly reduced, leading to a clear reduction in
CO peaks and transitory NOx outputs.

Simplicity of installation and use
The G Series range is completely interchangeable with E Series models sold since 1990. For pre-1990 models interchangeability is also possible; it is simply necessary to shorten water connections by 40 mm.
The E Series and G Series ranges share the same overall dimensions, the same diameters and
positions for the various water circuit connections, the combustion-gas flue and the gas connections. In addition, the two ranges have identical hydraulic schematics.
Adjustment, verification, maintenance and cleaning operations are extremely simple, with full access via the front panel of the boiler. The fan is equipped with an air filter which guarantees clean combustion, hence easier burner maintenance.
